Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and sadiqtbh.solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering for an account, executing an order form, initiating an API request, or using any software or services provided by sadiqtbh.solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a corporation, agency, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind such entity.
Service Description & Access
sadiqtbh.solutions provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform facilitating:
- Omnichannel scheduled publishing across major social networks and digital channels.
- Predictive audience engagement analytics, campaign attribution modeling, and lead scoring.
- Automated email workflows, audience segmentation, and drip funnel execution.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) synchronization, task automation, and team collaboration.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and timely payment of subscription fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform for your internal commercial operations.
Account Registration & Security
To use our platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API tokens, and two-factor authentication keys.
- All activities, data transfers, and automated schedules executed through your account credentials.
- Immediately notifying us at Business@sadiqtbh.solutions upon detecting any unauthorized account breach or suspicious access.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Subscriptions, Fees & Automatic Renewals
Billing Cycles: Platform access is billed on either a monthly or annual recurring prepaid cycle, starting from your initial subscription date.
Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled prior to the conclusion of your current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current non-promotional rate.
Payment Authorization: You authorize our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe) to store your payment credentials and automatically bill all applicable fees, taxes, and usage add-ons.
Grace Period: In the event of a failed recurring transaction, our system allows a 7-day grace period during which we will attempt automated re-billing before temporarily suspending automated publication pipelines.
14-Day Free Trial & Fair Use
We provide a 14-day unrestricted trial of sadiqtbh.solutions so you can experience our full growth engine. Free trials:
- Do not require a credit card to activate.
- Are strictly limited to one trial per company, organization, or domain. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription boundaries is a material breach of this Agreement.
- Automatically expire after 14 days unless upgraded to a paid plan.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to misuse our platform. Specifically, you shall NOT:
• Broadcast unsolicited commercial spam, deceptive phishing communications, or violate the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, or GDPR.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or DDoS payload scripts.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary algorithms of sadiqtbh.solutions.
• Circumvent rate limits, automate unauthorized scraping, or interfere with network integrity.
• Publish hate speech, defamation, non-consensual material, or content infringing third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain sole and exclusive ownership of all text, images, videos, audio, customer lead lists, and marketing campaigns uploaded to the service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to operate your automation pipelines.
Company IP: sadiqtbh.solutions and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all software, source code, UI designs, brand marks, trademarks, and documentation.
Third-Party Social APIs & Dependencies
Our platform connects to third-party APIs (including Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google). Your use of these features requires adherence to each third-party platform's developer policies and terms:
- We are not responsible for account suspensions, shadowbans, or rate restrictions imposed by third-party networks for user content violations.
- Changes or interruptions in third-party API availability outside our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of our SLA.
Service Availability & SLA
We target a 99.9% monthly uptime availability for our core automation ingestion and execution pipelines. Scheduled maintenance is conducted during off-peak hours (10:00 PM – 2:00 AM UTC on weekends) with at least 48 hours advance dashboard notice.
Warranties & Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AUTOMATED CAMPAIGNS WILL GENERATE SPECIFIC REVENUE OR AUDIENCE CONVERSION FIGURES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SADIQTBH.SOLUTIONS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL).
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this Agreement shall first be submitted to good-faith informal mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in Albany, New York, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
